4 cups green cabbage chopped very course
2 medium onions chopped course
1 large green pepper chopped course
1 23-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes drained
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Hamburg or sausage, fried/crumbled
Red pepper flakes
1. Place chopped onions and green pepper in a skillet with olive oil and black pepper and cook till onions have light brown color (about 30 minutes.)
2. Put chopped cabbage in saucepan with water to cook (do not overcook.)
3. Drain the cabbage and add tomato sauce, drained diced tomatoes, onions, and peppers to saucepan.
4. Serve with parmesan cheese.
