Making healthy food choices on a limited budget can be difficult. GetSetUp’s Nutrition Education for older adults is here to help. This website will give you handy tips and relevant classes on eating smart, making delicious recipes that fit into even the tightest budgets, and staying active.

Aligned with SNAP-Ed

SNAP-Ed is part of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) a federally funded program. Its goal is to implement a nutrition education and obesity prevention program to improve the likelihood that people eligible for SNAP will make healthy food choices within a limited budget and choose physically active lifestyles consistent with the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the USDA food guidance.
